Revolve began importing electric bikes to both the US and Europe in June 2010. Since that time, we have created over 75 different models; arranged for manufacturing and sold thousands of bikes. We are based in New York. Utilizing two warehouses (NY and California), we have been able to satisfy our dealers and consumers anywhere in the US conveniently.

Revolve is a company that was created to sell electric bikes.  All bikes are powered by batteries.  Prior to launching these products, management of Revolve devoted extensive time assuring that quality is a priority.  To accomplish this mission, we have visited our suppliers of batteries and bicycles to ascertain that quality is uppermost in their minds-not just ours. Using the best components also is a priority. We have ordered production models from potential manufacturers and subjected the bikes and vehicles to rigorous tests before accepting these manufacturers as suppliers.  Every product comes with a warranty.  Parts such as brakes and wheels which are subjected to normal wear and tear
are not covered by warranties.

We do not just create, manufacture and sell bikes. We order and stock spare parts in the warehouses. We carry spare parts for all Revolve EBikes, even for some that are 9 years old. We have a network of dealers we use across the US that will service a Revolve bike, if needed. For the most part, most of the request are for replacement batteries after 3-5 years of use.
